WHAT DOES A REMOTE, INTUITIVE HEALING SESSION CONSIST OF?

In a gentle and uplifting manner, I use various modalities of energy work to heal and clear what no longer serves you. Each session includes: intuitive coaching, guided visualizations, chakra balancing, energy clearing and healing with Reiki*.

*Reiki is an energetic healing technique used to help balance and restore physical and emotional well-being.

These sessions clear and balance energy on severals levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Some issues they help with are: clearing past traumas, releasing and balancing emotions, finding clarity around goals/ behaviors/ next life steps, aleviating physical ailments and more!
